Pantalastock is a business management platform (mobile app and web dashboard, together the "App") that any business can sign up for to record its own sales, customers, suppliers, products, purchases, and expenses. This Privacy Policy explains how Techxcel Studios ("we", "us", "our"), the developer and operator of Pantalastock, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.

Who this applies to

Anyone can create a business account on Pantalastock and invite their own staff to it. Each business's account and data are kept completely separate from every other business using the App — your team only ever sees your own business's records, never another business's. The App is a professional business tool and is not directed at children.

Information we collect

• Account information: your business name, your name, and the email address and password you use to sign in. Authentication is handled by Supabase; we never see or store your password in plain text.
• Business records you enter: customer and supplier names, phone numbers, emails, and locations; product details and prices; order, purchase, and expense records — all entered manually by your business's own authorized users, and visible only within your business's account.
• Photos: if you choose to attach a photo to a product, the App accesses your device's photo library only when you tap to add an image. We don't access your photos otherwise.
• Basic technical data: standard request logs (e.g. timestamps, error logs) generated by our hosting providers to keep the service running and secure.

We do not collect location data, contacts, or any data beyond what's listed above, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers in the App.

How we use this information

• To operate the App's core features: managing orders, customers, suppliers, products, purchases, and expenses for your business.
• To authenticate users and keep each business's data isolated and accessible only to that business's own authorized users.
• To maintain and troubleshoot the service.

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not use one business's data for another business's benefit.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, accessed only through our own backend API, which enforces that each business can only read or write its own records. Our backend and web dashboard are hosted on Vercel. Both providers act only as infrastructure/service providers for us and do not use your data for their own purposes.

Data retention

Business records are kept for as long as your business account is active, or as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your business's account or specific records at any time using the contact details below.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal or business information by contacting us below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
